We’re renting out our furnished Brooklyn studio apartment! It will be available from the end of August to mid July 2026. Exact dates are flexible, but we need someone to commit for the school year.

Our apartment has floor-to-ceiling windows, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and a walk-in closet. We also have exclusive access to the front half of the rooftop.

We’re on Sterling Place between Franklin and Classon near Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and the main branch of the Brooklyn Public Library. There are many wonderful restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within a few blocks, including Chavela’s right on our corner.

The apartment is a second-floor walk-up.
