2nd floor walk up with nice light super-close to the train and all the diverse food, bars and cafes of crown heights. The street is relatively quiet but it's brooklyn so it's also occasionally not quiet. It'll be really nice early summer/spring while the space is available.

A dog and a cat live in the space normally but neither will be there during the sublet.

Looking for someone to take a whole 6 weeks.

3000/month so 4500 in total (3000 to get the keys and 1500 by 6/1) and asking a 1500 security deposit.
