The apartment is a studio plus and the main space is the bedroom/living area. There is a door to a walk-in closet/vanity/bathroom and a room with a kitchen/eating nook.

It's very cozy and ideal for one person or a couple. You can walk a block to a bunch of restaurants on Fountain and easily to Los Feliz and Griffith Park. It's a very convenient location and a quiet street:)

There is a portable ac unit and wifi/utilities are included. There is a washer/dryer in the building. The street parking is permitted so I will give you my parking pass.
