I’m subletting my cozy, character-filled apartment in Highland Park, LA.

It’s in a 70s building with that slightly retro, very LA feel- nothing cookie-cutter about it.

Figueroa is just a 5-minute walk away, so it’s super easy to grab coffee, wander into a few shops, or pick up groceries without needing to drive. It’s one of those neighborhoods where you actually end up walking more than you expect.

The Metro is about a 15-minute walk, which makes getting to Downtown, Hollywood, Santa Monica, or Pasadena pretty straightforward.
If you have a car, you’re right by the 110—Downtown, Silver Lake, and Echo Park are all a quick drive.
Easy street parking with no restrictions.

The space:

-Fully furnished so it’s easy to just settle in

It’s a really easy place to feel at home- great if you want something low-key, comfortable, and in a neighborhood with a lot going on without feeling too hectic.

About This Lister

I’m an artist and creator, and I love my apartment. I’m looking for someone who will treat it with the same care and respect as I do.

The Building:
The complex is fairly quiet. Neighbors keep it to themselves. We all value peace and privacy, so we keep noise to a minimum- especially after 10 p.m.

Expectations:
I expect you to take care of my place as if it were your own. Clean and respectful candidates only.

Everyone in the complex respects each other’s space, so I ask that you do the same and be discreet.

The key will be in a lockbox by the apartment door.
