We are looking for a third roommate! Our apartment is in West Harlem off the AC, BD, and 1 lines. It is a 4th floor walk up with an in unit washer and dryer and lots of natural light! The room itself can fit a twin bed, a desk, and a dresser, or a full size bed and dresser. There is a big closet, 1 window, and direct sunlight. You would be joining two caring, creative roomies in their twenties and a sweet black cat!

Rent is $1200/mo plus electric and wifi!

We are two queer women in our twenties looking for a third roommate. We are both creatives/performers! We both work multiple jobs and are 50/50 in and out of the apartment. We value clear communication, honesty, kindness, and cleanliness! Picking up after yourself and contributing to cleaning the common spaces is a necessity. We don't have to be best friends, but we enjoy each other's company! We love guests and being social, but we don't want to throw ragers every night.
