Looking for one person or a couple to stay at my Eagle Rock cottage while I am at school—9 months starting August 15th and ending May 15th 2026. This is the upper-level unit of a two-unit cottage. It's an adorable two bed, one bath with a dishwasher and coin-operated laundry by the backdoor. Minisplit AC. There's no garage or driveway at this address—it's tucked a short way down a lush hillside off a winding tree-lined street. The cottage feels like living in a treehouse as it has lots of beautiful windows and a dutch door to the front porch.

Cat(s) allowed but sadly no dogs permitted.

There is a generous amount of shared outdoor space: patio with grill and veranda and picnic table, terraced yard that faces beautiful sunsets, and small raised bed veggie garden area.

The level of furnishings is flexible and there is wiggle room in the price.

Walkable to Vons, USPS, CVS, and several restaurants as well as an animal hospital/vet.
