Cute flat in South London
Apartments for Sublet
Stay in our spacious 1 bed, 2 bath flat in south London! Located in the trendy Camberwell neighbourhood, close to a large park and within walking distance to the tube (zone 1!)
We are looking for 1 or 2 people to stay over the holidays. Our place is quite large for London, 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), large living room with projector and Apple TV, and eat in kitchen. Our flat is split over multiple floors of a terraced house on a quiet resident street next to a park.
There are two excellent coffee shops within a 2 min walk. Many bus routes also 2 min walk to the stop, 15 minute walk to the Kennington station (zone 1) and 20 min walk to the overground (zone 2)
Rent is £700 for the week, (which is about $900 usd), we’re only interested in renting for the entire time.
About This Lister
We are a couple, both artists in our mid 30’s originally from Canada, now living in London full time. We keep our home very tidy and as low impact as possible by being aware of electricity usage and reducing waste.

Things to note:
-Because of the apartment layout there are many stairs, so not ideal if you have mobility issues.
-No smoking, no parties, no drug use. This is our home and we are looking for someone who will respect it and our neighbours. References appreciated
-£200 deposit will be taken at the beginning of the stay and returned upon your departure.
