PLEASE NOTE: PET CARE REQUIRED FOR THIS SUBLET

I am subletting my Beautiful well designed 1 1/2 bedroom in Highland Park, above York super close to restaurants, bars and entertainment on York and Figueroa.

I'm subletting for the month of March and a little into April.

I really love my apartment, it's filled with natural light, has lots of windows, is on a hill so has a great view of highland park. My place is very peaceful and calm and perfect for relaxing in, cooking, reading/ watching movies etc. It is in a house that is split into 3, all the neighbors is the house are amazing, kind, quiet and super respectful of each other so looking for someone who is not planning on having a lot of people over or being noisy and who will respect the other tenants as well as my space.

I unfortunately cannot bring my cat with me on this trip so I am hoping to find someone who will be happy to share the apartment with her and feed her/keep her company while I'm away. Rent is normally $3000 but I have lowered it here to compensate for pet and plant care.

If you're looking for a cozy airy relaxing calm peaceful place to stay in LA for a few months this is definitely the place for you :)
