I am going to be in New York for just over a month and am looking to sublet my gorgeous one bedroom apartment.

I will be gone from May 10 to June 14. I am some flexibility with dates and am open to discuss dates and price for someone who would be a good fit!

The apartment is on a quiet street, and is tucked away in a corner of the ground floor. The apartment gets a lot of light throughout. I work from home, so there is a cozy workspace in the living room.

The laundry room is just outside of my apartment. My parking spot is also big enough for two cars, so if you have a car, you would be able to pull in just behind mine. If you don't have a car, the apartment is in downtown Santa Monica, which is a very walkable area.

Trader Joe's and Target are a 7-10 minute walk away. There is a Vons and Iranian grocery store about a 10-12 minute walk away. Favorite restaurants in the area include Bodega, Tu Madre, and the lobby over at the Proper Hotel.

I am looking for someone who will respect the space just as much as me - it is my retreat and I would like to sublet to someone who appreciates it. Also, I do have several plants, so the ask would be for you to water them while I am out.
