I am moving back to New York and am looking to sublet my gorgeous one bedroom apartment until the end of my lease,

I have some flexibility with dates and am open to discuss dates and price for someone who would be a good fit!

The apartment is on a quiet street, and is tucked away in a corner of the ground floor. The apartment gets a lot of light throughout. I work from home, so there is a cozy workspace in the living room.

My parking spot is also big enough for two cars, and I'll be taking mine to NYC, so you if you have two cars, you are in luck! If you don't have a car, the apartment is in downtown Santa Monica, which is a very walkable area.

Trader Joe's and Target are a 7-10 minute walk away. There is a Vons and Iranian grocery store about a 10-12 minute walk away. Favorite restaurants in the area include Bodega, Tu Madre, and the lobby over at the Proper Hotel.

I am looking for someone who will respect the space just as much as me - it has been my retreat and I would like to sublet to someone who appreciates it.
