Hello! Rent our beautiful, light-filled 2000 sq ft. home in Livingston Manor, available starting September 15 or October 1 (dates flexible). Ideally looking for someone to rent until May 1, but open to shorter or longer term rental, with option to renew.

Sleeps six, with two queen bedrooms and one room with a queen pull-out sofa (and comfy memory foam mattress), as well as an additional office. Fully furnished, with tons of amenities:

- Large primary bedroom with ensuite and garden tub

Car available to rent as well for an additional fee of $250 a month.

15 minutes to Main Street Livingston Manor, 8 minutes to Jeffersonville. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby.

We are a writer and actor/therapist looking for respectful renters who will take care of our home. Pets welcome.
