Located on a quiet, tree-lined street one block from Lorimer/Metropolitan L and G trains. A bright 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home away from the bustle of Bedford while still being in the heart of Williamsburg.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a townhouse. It has beautiful natural light, wooden floors, a dishwasher, and washer/dryer in unit. Each room has a comfy queen bed. The space is filled with plants and some original finishes, which add to the charm. The kitchen is fully equipped and we have a TV with access to all the streaming platforms.

You'll be close to everything: groceries, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, liquor stores, gyms, library, and more all just a few streets away. Happy to provide a little neighborhood guide!

McCarren park is 10 minute walk, McGolrick is 15 and Domino park (ice skating dreams) around 20. Citibike is across the street and there is plenty of street parking either on our street or nearby.

Rates:
- $200/day
- $1,300/week
- 3,100 for the full stay
Dates are flexible and could potentially lower price for the right person.

Because this is our home, we're looking for someone clean, respectful and mindful who will care for the space as their own. A refundable deposit (amount dependent on length of stay) will be collected and returned after walk through. A cleaning fee also applies.
