The space is currently shared by three businesses

The primary lease holder a jewelry design studio that works primarily digitally, but its members can also be found working on presentation boards, thumbing through research, and reviewing samples/gemstones. She likes to keep a clean curated space that leaves the mind uncluttered and free to create.

The second largest tenant in the space is a knitwear studio that both knits samples and manages development and production remotely for a variety of brands. The knitwear studio is behind the wall at the back of the office so all the yarn will be tucked out of view from you, but you will be able to hear the swish of the knitting beds when samples are being made.

The third business works with artisans around India to bring their textile techniques and craft to US fashion brands. This business will share the space nearest to you and over the half-wall that separates your spaces, you will likely see beautiful fabrics and swatches of delicate hand work.

Because all of the businesses sharing this space work as consultants, the studio is sparsely populated most days. On days when we are all in the space we will often order-in lunch together and chat about the nonsense of the day. We are all friends with each other and want to keep the office a friendly, welcoming place.

We are a dog friendly office. Roxy, our knitwear designer's dog, can often be found under-foot looking for food or a pet.

The common spaces in the office are most often used as additional work space for the office occupants and for client/vendor meetings. Other activities that go on in that space include: garment fittings, private sales, happy hour, and other gatherings.
