Peaceful zen artist cottage. Very private behind gates. The magical grounds feature a large Italian Stone Pine tree, outdoor shower, and potted plants. Just 10 minutes from the beach, we are located in the heart of the westside, surrounded by Culver City, Venice, Playa Vista, Mar Vista, and Marina Del Rey.
It is technically a studio (595 sq ft), but bed is in a separate area. Ductless AC/Heat. Garage in back (300 sq ft) has been converted into an office/art studio and has a washer and dryer.
We are located right on the bike path that takes you to the beach in 15 minute ride. We have two bikes you are welcome to use.
Potential to include one of our cars as well.
