I’m renting my thoughtfully curated one-bedroom apartment in Bushwick, available for a 6-month lease with the option to extend to one year (or a straight one-year lease for the right fit).

This is my full-time home, and I’ve spent a lot of time, care, and intention putting it together. I’m hoping to find someone who will treat it with the same level of thoughtfulness. No pets, please.

The apartment is in a newly constructed building (completed in 2024) with just eight units—quiet, well cared for, and genuinely friendly. The unit is on the second floor (one short flight of stairs; no elevator).

The space is intentionally furnished with a warm, restrained aesthetic: a mix of sourced vintage pieces and highly functional modern elements. Highlights include central heat and air, smart lighting and appliances, heated bathroom floors, double linen curtains on tracks plus blackout rollers in the bedroom, Sonos speakers throughout, and abundant natural light. There’s also a small private balcony and two mature trees directly outside the living room windows—one of my favorite things about living here.

The neighborhood is a big part of the appeal. The apartment is about a 7-minute walk to the Myrtle-Broadway JMZ and 10 minutes to the Morgan L, with excellent food and coffee nearby (Ops, Roberta’s, Bunna, Eyval, La Cabra, Sey, Loveless), plus Syndicated theater, Maria Hernandez Park, great thrift shopping, and a strong community feel.
