I have a textile brand and am looking for a creative space to work. I also do interior design. Ideally a warm environment around 400-700 square feet. Glendale, Atwater, Frogtown, Glassell Park, Eagle Rock, Beverly Blvd. Los Feliz. Echo Park. (NOT DTLA)

I would love if other creatives were nearby but am not looking to share a space per se.

I will need a place to display and store blankets. Does not need to be a full retail space, but more of a showroom / design studio atmosphere.

Bathroom must, kitchenette would be nice but not necessary.
