I'm looking for one single individual non smoker that will take care of my apt as if it was yours. Starting date is Aug 1 st and there is flexibility on length, ideally 1 year. (also the possibility of becoming a long term rental)

It's a landmark 1930's Art Deco building in the heart of Fort Greene. Elevator, 24/7 doorman, and there is laundry in the basement.

The apt has a separate kitchen, foyer, a walk in closet and 2 extra huge closets, so it feels like a 1bd. It has a full marble bathroom. I'm open to leaving the apt furnished, semi or unfurnished.

The view, the light and the atmosphere are incredible and it's very quiet. It's a corner apt on the 16th floor that faces North and West.

The location is incredibly well connected with more than 13 subway lines. (G, A, E, C, 4, 5, 6, 1, 2, 3, R, Q, W, B, M), a block away from Fort Greene park, that takes place on Saturdays. A block from BAM and a few blocks to the Barclays center.
