Fully furnished alcove studio in Dumbo, just off Front & Main. It’s on the top floor of a newer(ish) building — modern, but not in a soulless gentrified adult playground kind of way. The space is bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed by a designer (hi, me). Layout and furniture were curated with care — see pics :)

- I have a big WFH desk, dining area, comfy couch, and large tv.
- Central AC and great amenities
- Super clean
- Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a brand-new induction cooktop, and a dishwasher.
- The building has a shared roof deck, a gym in the basement, laundry, and a long-time doorman (he’s been here for 20 years). I also have a storage unit downstairs, and there’s a bit of extra space if needed.
- Mostly families in the building
- Key fob for front door entry and regular key for apartment

WiFi and utilities are included.
No broker fee.
Pets, unfortunately, not allowed.
