Welcome to my thoughtfully designed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. It is an intimate, editorial-style space that feels as though you’ve stepped into an Architectural Digest feature. I’m a luxury designer and have spent countless hours curating pieces and painting the walls (yes, including the black squiggles in the hallway. I painted those too!).

Rates are as follows: $2,100/week for both bedrooms, $1,000/week for one bedroom, or $7,500/month. Priority is given to guests subleasing both bedrooms. Also happy to consider alternative dates, even for weeks or months later into the year. My travels are flexible.

The apartment is located in a new, smoke-free building with 24/7 concierge and wonderful neighbors. It’s ideal for someone seeking a beautiful, peaceful retreat while still having easy access to the city. The home is pet-free, making it well-suited for those with allergies.

Amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, central air, Wi-Fi, TV, and elevator access. Additional fun stuff are a pop-up steam sauna, red light therapy device, espresso machine, juicer, KitchenAid mixer, and air fryer.

🛋️ The Space:
• Primary bedroom: Cozy and serene, designed for relaxation.
• Second bedroom: A super comfortable Pottery Barn pull-out couch with a foam mattress & foam padding + its own spacious private bathroom. I curated this bedroom for my grandparents, so trust it’s veryy comfortable. All of my guests always say they've had their best sleep on this bed.
• Closet space available – I’ll clear out space as needed for your stay.

• Public transit access – 8 min walk to most train stations, 5 min walk to the bus.
