It was renovated by an architect and features floor to ceiling windows (with remote control shades), multiple skylights (also with remote control shades), an upper mezzanine with outdoor deck and a small outside private area with a deck and patio table and chairs.
The bungalow has two central AC units, new high end appliances, clean bright open kitchen, large bathroom with large rain shower with great water pressure. A Miele washer/dryer unit. Another half bath upstairs on the mezzanine.
The mattress is Parachute organic and the mezzanine features two huge comfy nesting couch chairs. Downstairs is a beautifully large table for eating handmade in Mexico.
All of the materials in the house are custom and organic and all of the decoration is from various places around the world from hand artisans.
The building has ring security.
The building is also super secure with two coded door and gate entries.
It truly is a secret unexpected architect designed hideaway in central Paris with a minimal clean design aesthetic.
The apartment is in the 10th Arron sitting between Canal Saint Martin and Bastille, with two metro stations within 5 and 8 mins walk away. Very trendy neighborhood with a farmers market and lots of cafes, wine shops, etc and new upcoming restaurants. I can provide a guide upon request. Neighborhood is similar vibe to Echo Park or Silver Lake in LA or Williamsburg in Brooklyn.
The space can be rented for a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of 5 weeks during the dates in the listing.

New York designer who has moved to Paris and is spending the summer back home. This is my rental apartment and you would be subletting from me.

Rental requirements

Must provide photo ID and one month’s security deposit. We will also need to have a video call to meet each other in advance. Renter must be non smoking clean and quiet and agree to no parties or gatherings that will bother our neighbors. Two persons can stay in the house maximum.
I am happy to have a video with you if the house and provide further photos.
