Charming 518sq ft/48m2 apartment in Paris' 10th Arrondissement - near Canal St. Martin *with* elevator. Highlights include large windows in every room, desk if you'd like to work remotely, excellent neighborhood, full sized tub with a view. Also it's located in once of the best neighborhoods in Paris with excellent coffee shops, wine bars, yoga studios, etc. I'll be happy to provide some suggestions!

*The Apartment:
-Apartment on the 4th floor *with* elevator. Secure and quiet building. No issue with noise from neighbors.
-Apartment equipped with dishwasher and washing machine (you can hang dry clothing on rack)
-Kitchen equipped with oven, stove, microwave, espresso machine, french press, toaster, nutribullet, rice cooker
-no AC but I have 2 fans
-3 big windows on a corner apartment with views of classic Parisian buildings
-Open but separate kitchen with dishwasher, oven, espresso machine, water filter, microwave, kettle, toaster, nutribullet, rice cooker, etc
-Large bedroom with marble fireplace and big window
-Desk with chair
-Large bathroom with big window, washing machine, tub and rain shower

I do ask that you water my plants once a week. I will provide instructions.

**The Neighborhood:**

I love this neighborhood because it's nearby Le Marais and Canal Saint Martin as well as very close walking distance to Buttes Chaumont which is Paris' answer to Central Park. You can really escape into this park and forget you are in a city.

The neighborhood is full of trendy coffee shops as well as classic cafes.
My favorite yoga studio is within a few minutes walk (if you're a yoga, I'll share my recommendations)
It's a very international and trendy neighborhood
