Hi, I am an Interior Designer with a beautiful, sunny studio. I have 2 open desks available for a renter looking for a co-working space or desk space for artwork/hobbies, etc. One desk is a motorized sit stand desk. We also have a big communal table by the window with a view of the east river.

We are a fully functioning office with AC/heat, coffee equipment, mini-fridge, water dispenser, printer, wifi, and a comfortable sofa for naps.

I'm looking for someone respectful and kind who doesn't have a billion business calls all day long. We like to turn on music occasionally and share a bottle of wine or lunch, etc. We like to keep it pretty friendly and communal in here.
