We are a casual and small community of creatives and professionals working in a sunny loft space in Gowanus. We work in a beautiful open space with wood floors, brick walls, and lots of natural light. Currently we are offering desks for rent monthly (between $475 to $550/month) or an annual basis ($450 or $525/month).

- The 11’ ceiling height unit is on the 2nd floor (with elevator), with two large bays of south facing windows.
- Each desk has an acoustic panel separation. They also include an ergonomic chair and two storage shelves. There are 5’-3” long desks and 8’-0” long desks available.
- There are 3 zoom rooms available, of which one can seat two people for a private meeting. Each room includes an external monitor for laptop use.
- There is a meeting area and lounge area for shared use.
- Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rental. The building and unit have electronic key systems for secure 24-hr entry.
- The building is on 8th street in Gowanus, which has many food/drink options. One block away is the Smith/9th St subway stop (F and G) and the 9th St stop (R).
