We have a cute 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor of a quiet 6 unit building in Bed Stuy. The apartment is set up with 1 small bedroom used as an office, plus another office nook in the main bedroom. As home chefs, the kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to make a fabulous meal. Our other favorite features are:
- the king bed with brand new latex mattress, bamboo sheets, and silk pillowcases
- dishwasher
- W&D shared with building
- wet room style shower and bathtub
- and the sunlight in the bedroom.

We would ask our subletter to care for our cat and plants while we're gone. Our cat Gimo is playful and social, but low maintenance otherwise. We also have about 30 plants that we would provide watering information for.

Fast internet, ad-free Netflix, HBO, Hulu, heat and utilities included. Get your workout in with the Peloton app, a Liforme yoga mat, hand weights, massage gun, and foam roller.

We live on a quiet block in a residential area that is quickly filling in with sweet little restaurants and bars. We are less than 2 blocks from one of the best jazz bars in Brooklyn (Lunático), an incredible Italian bakery and pizza place (Saraghina) and a homey dive bar (Barbs). The neighborhood is lively, and friendly. There is a CitiBike station a block away, the A train (express, Utica) is a 14 minute walk, and the C train (local, Kingston Throop) is a 12 minute walk.

About This Lister

We are Matt and Francesca, and every year in Jan/Feb, we like to get out of New York for an annual winter trip. We have had lots of success in the past with apartment swaps and sublets, so our cat Gimo is used to the experience of having a temporary caretaker in the house for extended periods.

There is no super on site, so the units in the building generally work together to resolve any issues that may arise. Tenants in the building will be made aware that you are staying here.
