The neighborhood (Flatbush/Ditmas Park) has lots of greenery and a Sunday green market, multiple health food stores, lots of restaurants and all the other amenities of Brooklyn within easy walking distance.

This is the third floor of our private home. The apartment is its own floor, but accessible only by stairs winding through the main house.

We are a couple of working empty nesters subletting our adult daughter's apartment while she lives overseas for graduate school. We have lived here a long time and love the house, the neighborhood, and life in Brooklyn.
