We are currently hiring for a 5 day per week position and a 3 day per week position.
We are a boutique dog walking service located in Greenwich Village and operating for over 26 years. Our walks are individual or paired, no pack walks, in a beautiful neighborhood.

An ideal person for this job:

Loves and Respects dogs.

Is Punctual, Professional and Polite at all times.

Enjoys intense physical activity and being outside even in inclement weather. This is a fast paced job which requires being tough on your feet.

Has the ability to solve problems or is able to communicate well with the team leader when problems arise.

Is energetic and enjoys meeting people.

Has hospitality and customer service experience. With many of our clients working from home we have a lot of interaction with pet owners. At its core, dog walking is a customer service job. Their needs are paramount.

Is able to adhere to our policies which include No talking or scrolling on phone while walking dogs, No headphones while walking dogs, No jaywalking.

Is Focused, Detailed and understands the importance of caring for someone's beloved pet.

While this job holds a lot of responsibility it is a very satisfying and enjoyable way to spend your day.

Prior dog walking experience, while preferred, is not essential, however, an ease and comfort around dogs is a necessity. Candidate must be able to prioritize the needs of the client.

The full time position is 5 days per week, Approx. 7hrs per day. There will be a need for some daily starts at 8:00a.m. a couple of days per week. Part time requires 4-6 hrs per day, 3 days per week.

The position starts at $24 per hour. This is a W-2 job.
