My one bedroom apartment near Dolores Park in the lovely Dolores Heights neighborhood (between Mission District and Noe Valley) is available for sublet while I'm traveling from Oct 4-November 30. The end date is not fixed, and there is the possibility for this to become a long term sublet. My preference is to find an individual who wants to stay at least 6 weeks, and would be willing to water my plants.
The place is in a three-story, 14 unit 1960s Mid-century style apartment building with laundry in the building and an elevator. The unit is southern facing with large windows, so the living room gets beautiful morning light and the bedroom is interior facing so it stays mellow and quiet. The building does not allow pets, sorry! Dishwasher, new appliances, hardwood floors, with beautiful views all the way out to the East Bay. Fast WiFi and a desk for those wanting work space at home. All tenants in the building are quiet and respectful, and I would ask that you be the same, as well as keep the place in good, clean condition.
The neighborhood is extremely walkable, with groceries, coffee shops and restaurants just outside the door but on an extremely peaceful street. Just three blocks from gorgeous, sunny Dolores Park! Street parking is miraculously easy to find, and 24th Street BART is an 8 minute walk. Rental bikes are available directly across the street.

Let me know a little bit about you and what brings you to the city, and let's video chat or meet in person if you are interested. On top of the rental fee, I will ask for a fully refundable security deposit. We can agree to some simple terms over email.
