I am moving out of my apartment and still have 4 months left on the lease. At the end of the lease you would be able to start a new lease for the apartment. I have lived in the building for nearly 3 years but am now moving in with my partner. The building is great, run well, and the staff who manage the front desk are really friendly.
The unit itself is a great size and there is a huge outdoor space that basically doubles the living area during the warmer months (see video for what it looks like). There are very few units in this building with this size outdoor space and it will no doubt go very quickly once it’s put back on the market so the lease takeover is a great way to get in before anyone else has the chance. It also provides the unit with great natural light during the day.
Verizon WiFi is currently in the property but you would need to set up your own account with them.
Furniture:
The lease takeover will be for the unfurnished unit but I would be willing to sell most of my furniture if you are looking for any pieces. Bed, table, outdoor furniture, dresser, etc. up for grabs if desired.

Virtual tours are available. In-person tours are limited but possible and must be scheduled.
Building is very pet friendly. Pet spa in basement, dog run on roof. Just need to let building know you’re bringing a pet before moving in.
