The building is located in Downtown Brooklyn in a new, mid-rise luxury building with full amenities, a large private terrace, and is one stop away from Manhattan on multiple subway lines.

In addition to great amenities, the neighborhood is extremely walkable to several eateries, parks, and iconic sites and is conveniently located near Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Dekalb Market, Dumbo, Ft. Greene Park, 2 farmers markets, 10 subway lines, the Barclays Center, the BQE, and the Manhattan & Brooklyn Bridge.

My apartment can come unfurnished or partially furnished—I am flexible. I am looking to live abroad for a while so I am more than happy to leave some appliances (air fryer, juicer, printer, etc) and furniture if you’d like.

The building is in network with BILT and my leasing office accepts guarantors (such as The Guarantors and Rhino).

Hi! I’m J Lyn (she, her) and I am a mental health professional and dance enthusiast. I have lived in NYC for over 10 years and this apartment has been my favorite to place to live by far! I love walking around the city and appreciate that this location is easily walkable to the water in Dumbo, my favorite chai spot, the Brooklyn Bridge to watch the sunrise or sunset, and to many parks.

I’m looking to move abroad for awhile and, while I wish I could take this place with me, I would love for someone to take over this place I’ve been calling home for the last year and a half.
