- total combined annual gross income of at least 40x the monthly rent
Documents:
1. Two most recent BANK STATEMENTS from your personal primary checking and/or
savings accounts
2. GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID (Driver’s license, Non-driver ID, Passport, etc.)
3. PROOF OF INCOME
Pets Policy
You must obtain the prior written approval from Owner in order to keep the pet in the apartment. It's easy to get an approval, there are lots of dogs and cats living in the building
