🔑 You’d be subleasing directly from the owner so no broker fee. However, this is a co-op building so there are some nuances:
- Sublease would be for a year with an option to renew after a year. My preference is to find someone that would prefer to stay for at least 2-3 years.
- Fees include: $550 application fee, $150 credit check fee, $500 move-in fee, $500 refundable move-in deposit, $500 move-out fee, one month’s security deposit
- Move-ins only permitted on weekdays between 9 am and 5 pm
- No subletting allowed
- Rent: $3,700 (includes heat, AC, hot water, electric)
- Availability: June 1 (potentially flexible by a few days)
