Bunker Hill area 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Amazing views of Disney Concert Hall and The Broad museum. Huge nearly floor to ceiling windows letting in lots of light. The pictures don't do the place justice! In-unit washer and dyer, gas stove, and dishwasher. Central A/C to beat the summer heat.

This is probably my favorite apartment that I’ve lived in. Looking for someone who will treat the space like it’s their own and be respectful of neighbors. There are nice, low maintenance plants. If you could water occasionally, it would be appreciated!

Quiet building. Neighbors generally keep to themselves, but are very friendly in the elevator and public spaces. Amenities include community pool and small gym.

Price includes, utilities (electric, water, trash, and WiFi). Move in ready. Fully furnished with plenty of utensils and cooking supplies (including air fryer and espresso machine). Queen size bed with adjustable base. 24 hour security out front. FOB needed to access building and elevators. The apartment door has pin access.

No parking, but there is a bike rack in building garage. (However, we might be able to negotiate a space for an additional fee.) Very walkable. Close to Metro train and bus as well as bicycle rentals. Steps from iconic DTLA spots. Including, Grand Central Market, The Broad museum, LA Live, Alamo Drafthouse, and the Ahmanson Theater. Just to name a few!

Unfortunately, this is not a very accessible friendly apartment. The bathroom is pretty small and not wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair.

Flexible on dates. Can extend into October if needed. 2 people max, no pets. Subletting agreement and security deposit required.
