Appliances include microwave, toaster, French press, teakettle and teapots along with dishes and basic pots and pans. Laundry room in the basement + drop offs nearby. While quiet inside, the apartment is in the midst of cafes, restaurants, shops, bookstores, indie movie theaters and 1 block from most subways. The apartment faces an inner courtyard, so it is removed from street noise. Preference is given to an individual professional who is quiet when at home, responsible, and respectful of the place and neighbors. No pets or smoking, sorry.
