A pre war building in the iconic downtown seaport. Giant brick wall, working fire place that’s perfect for the winter months. It feels like you’re transported in time. Loft feel on the first floor with huge ceilings a spiral staircase that leads to a cozy loft. My favorite place to hang in the apartment, great for reading or hangs with friends. The spiral staircase leads downstairs to a get ready area and the bathroom and a hallway that goes to the two bedroom. The primary bedroom has an outdoor space with a sauna and cold plunge.

I leaned into the 1920s vibe style wise so turn on some jazz, light a fire and step back in time.

The apartment is on the first floor - fully furnished, extremely quiet in the apartment. Laundry in the building, everything you will need to cook in the kitchen, hard wood floors, a piano your right next to the water and the beautiful seaport which is awesome to explore.
