Hello! We are looking to sublet our home for 5 weeks, from Aug 26-Sept 30. We are open to short term sublets or the entirety of the time period. We live in a 2 bedroom fully furnished home at the top of mount washington, a few blocks from the elementary school and walking distance to Moon Canyon Park, many different hikes and scenic walking paths, and hidden art galleries. It takes about 7 minutes to get down to Highland Park, Cypress Park and/or Eagle Rock, depending on which way you take down! Our neighborhood is incredibly friendly and quiet, with a lot of creative couples and young families nearby.

The home is a 3-story canyon home with a bathroom on each floor, starting with the kitchen/living room/dining room on the top floor, the primary bedroom and office on the second floor, and the 2nd bedroom + office/studio on the bottom floor. Each floor has a gorgeous balcony overlooking the canyon, with a grill and table set up for al fresco dining on the top floor. The house has been meticulously designed by my partner and I, so we care a lot about the house being treated with care. Some amenities include: hardwood floors, tons of natural light, carport, central ac/heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer, printer, speaker system, blender, outdoor grill and more!
