Welcome to Hamilton Heights. A block away from Alexander Hamilton’s original home and next door to the Royal Tenenbaum’s house, this 2 bed 2 bath two story duplex 2,000 sq ft brownstone built in 1864 was newly renovated last year. With a custom made library, gorgeous garden with a pear tree that explodes every August, brand new kitchen with a farmhouse sink, spa bathroom with a soaking tub, washer dryer, huge bedrooms, one which we use as a music studio. There is magical light, a grand piano, and 15 foot ceilings. This home is a thing of Old New York dreams. Oh, it also has two fireplaces, a dining table that sits ten, vintage furniture and a world of plants, books and comfy chairs.

We built this home with so much love, creativity and care. A book, countless songs and two screenplays have been written here, and we hope to share it with like minded creatives looking for a one of a kind nook.

There is a full unfinished basement for all your storage needs, easy street parking and right next to the A, C, D, B 1 and 2 train lines. Our block is a one in a million leafy, quiet block with only single family homes. Harlem is a magical place, with endless culture, vibrancy and history.
