i’ll be traveling in europe for july and opening up my home for someone to enjoy it in its absolute peak season.

this is a deeply loved, fully furnished design-forward cottage set on 10 private acres in the hudson valley...quiet, expansive, and incredibly special.

the home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a warm, thoughtful layout and everything you need to feel fully at home. there’s a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a gas range, a soaking tub, japanese bidet, AC, peloton, record player, and an incredible sound system.

attached to the house is a light-filled art studio/green house — perfect for creative work, remote work, or simply having space to think and spread out.

outside is where the property really shines: a deck overlooking a gentle stream, a swimmable pond for cooling off on hot days, a wood-fired oven, and a fire pit for long summer nights. the land is peaceful, private, and ideal for birding, reading, cooking, and fully exhaling.

you’re just 10 minutes from Rhinebeck, one of the hudson valley’s most charming towns, with great restaurants, coffee shops, and markets - and about 20 minutes from Kingston and 30 minutes from Hudson. roughly 1.5 hours by train or 2 hours driving from New York City.

this space is best suited for someone/ or a couple who will truly appreciate it (writers, artists, creatives, or anyone craving a quiet, beautiful reset.)
