About This Lister

I am a painter and I work with oil paints on a large scale. My studio is kept fairly clean and tidy and there is a removable floor covering to protect the hardwood floors from paints etc. Making a reasonable mess is fine as long as it is returned to the original condition at the end. Wall paint etc is available.

I will be leaving my rack of paintings and shelf units at one end of the studio. The studio is partially furnished with a couch and tables/chairs. The studio is very spacious and could be used for a multitude of creative things.
My current neighbors are quiet. I will be away for the summer months. Photos of listing show the space empty and with a recent open studio event. Sublet mostly empty.
