I’m a writer and healer looking for the right person to share my beautiful office in DUMBO. It’s a peaceful, light-filled space that works well for writing, creative work, virtual sessions, and other professional use.

The office is on the second floor of a quiet building with a lovely creative atmosphere. Several people on the floor are artists and makers, and the space feels calm, private, and grounded.

• your own cabinet for storage
• a peaceful, aesthetically warm setting ideal for focused work

There is also a massage table in the space, which can easily be broken down and stored if you’d like more open room.

I’m generally not in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays, or Sundays, so this could be an ideal arrangement for someone looking for a meaningful ongoing share. I’ll also be away much of the summer, and during that time the space may be available more fully.

Rate:
$575/month for an ongoing regular share.

Rate assumes standard quiet office use, including reasonable shared internet and electricity use. Heavier full-time or higher-energy use can be discussed separately.
