I’m subletting 400 sq ft of my 980 sq ft studio located in DUMBO, Brooklyn. (20 Jay building) The section available is by three large windows with natural light. I will repaint the floor & walls as well so you will have a clean space.

I’ll be away during this period, so you’ll have the space to yourself. My furniture and materials will remain in a separate part of the studio.
