This is a short term rental situation (week by week or for the entire month) as I am out of town. Good for out of town folks visiting the city. I am a researcher/artist/educator and owner of the building. I am looking for quiet and clean people to rent my renovated garden duplex in Clinton Hill. The apartment is fully furnished with a Kitchen/LR/dining, office and garden. Rent includes WiFi, washer/dryer, and garden. There is a housekeeping fee and utility charges for electricity if you rent for a full month. I require references, proof of income, and a security deposit. I also require an interview prospective tenant, in person, if possible. If you stay for a month, the cost of utilities is deducted from security deposit. This is a unique situation in a very nice house and prime Brooklyn neighborhood.

It is a great place for a researcher in New York for a short two week stay. This is my home not a vacation rental situation so I have high expectations for a sublet.

I am an artist and academic. I own in the house and have tenants upstairs. I will be traveling out of the country for a month. The prospective tenant should be responsible and quiet.
