-Location by Tompkins Square Park in the East Village is fantastically walkable with every kind of delightful cafe/bar/restaurant of every type of cuisine surrounding the apt. A short walk to Union Square and Washington Square Park in the heart of Greenwich Village.

Hello and welcome! I'm a startup consultant, singer/songwriter, avid cyclist, and urban traveler/explorer. Born and raised in New York City, I've owned this apartment for 11 years, intermittently living here when I'm not living or traveling elsewhere.

I would be your main contact and am happy to show you the apt, virtually or in person. I pride myself on excellent communication and hospitality, bending over backwards to make sure guests are comfortable and have everything they might need or want -- including customized neighborhood recommendations, which is my greatest pleasure, given how much I adore this neighborhood!
