Around 900 sq ft with wood floors, good closet space, and dishwasher. In low income HDFC coop, 4th floor in an elevator building. Close to the Utica Ave 3,4 stop, and a short express bus ride to the A,C Utica stop.

Comes fully furnished with cute couch, coffee table, TV, two dressers, bed, coffee and dining table, antique glass cabinets, lamps, vanity side table and linen cabinet. Bathroom has a tub with a shower and a separate shower. Kitchen is a galley and a bit crowed but appliances are in good condition and relatively late model.

Great for a couple because although its large, there's no way to. subdivide the space for two separate private sleeping areas, but guests can easily crash on the couch!

Pets allowed but building will not approve a subtenant with large dogs.

I'm a native New Yorker and my partner is from Puerto Rico. I'm away attending vet school and he's prepping the space and our cats to join me. He will be showing the unit.

I own the apartment and everyone in the building are tenant owners or subtenants of owners. The coop board is made up of other low income shareholders and our management company is a Harlem based company.

We have a super and management company for building issues, but I personally am responsible for repairs inside the unit. And I can mobilize my brother to do anything needed or assess if other professionals are required.
