Our dreamy 3br A-frame cottage in East Hampton is available this summer for rentals! We prefer longer stays of at least a week, but are open to discussing. As of now, most of July is open as well as all of September (the best month in the Hamptons in my opinion!)

The house has all the elements for a perfect getaway from nyc- with art covered walls, a working fireplace in the living room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main floor with a third lofted bedroom on the 2nd floor with an attached 2nd bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a calming skylight.

The kitchen is a sweet country kitchen full of charm and stocked with anything you could need for cooking. Outside boasts a huge deck with wrap around bench seating, a hot tub, and outdoor table and grill for al fresco dining and bbqing on summer nights. The pool is just steps away with a stone patio for lounging surrounded by peaceful greenery and landscaping.

We will have 2 bikes available for your use- Clearwater beach is a walk or a quick bike ride away. There is also a nature preserve across the street from the house with access to the bay- we have 2x 2-person kayaks available for use which you can carry down to the water and launch from there.

The house will be fully furnished, and as a family of artists we have quite a bit of art on the walls and knick-nacks/ vintage items. We are offering an extremely competitive rate for a summer in the Hamptons because it is a real home and not a gutted rental- we plan to keep some personal items here as when it's not being rented, my mother lives here full time. Please do not expect a luxury rental, but if you are an artist or creative looking for a retreat, a small family, or maybe a group of friends looking to have a quiet serene getaway, this is the perfect house for you.

The house is in the Springs neighborhood in East Hampton, which is an artist's haven away from the typical glitz and glamor of the Hamptons. It is a sweet community along the bay with tons of beach options, local farm stands, great restaurants with water views, a farmer's market every Saturday at Ashwagh Hall as well as a gallery space. We are happy to give any recommendations for things to do or places to go!
