A two week minimum is a must - therefore the price is discounted well at 160 per night.

No more than 5 people. No cats. If you want to pack in more people, you need a bigger space. This is 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Absolutely no parties or events. None. The area is for quiet enjoyment. The neighbors will call the police. Believe me! Property fits two cars on the driveway.

Note that our property could use a paint job, so please do not complain. This is not a high-end property so if that is what you need this is not your spot. This is a wonderful haven for unfussy people who want a quiet respite close to nature, Amagansett, Sag Harbor, Montauk and East Hampton Village just down the road.

We have rented this place on Listings Project for years but it seems my old email login does not work so I am relisting with my new email. It's been rented all summer 2025 to long term and repeat renters. We are happy to share with the LP community which has always been great.
