Entrance is designed as a shared permanent gallery space for the biannual Artwalk, with multiple large refinished walls and two 16ft lighting tracks. Lounge area for studio visitors and workstations in the main living area. Located in a secure, coveted area of the complex with high-traffic during Artwalk. Ideally, 75% of the total loft space will be used for work-related activities.

About This Lister

M/44 touring live music photographer with 15 years experience. Previously worked as an engineer for 7 years. Moved to Los Angeles two years ago for work and decided it was for me. Feel very lucky to have landed at the Brewery when I arrived and recently signed my own lease.

I'm looking to pivot more into studio/commercial work but still travel a lot for shows, hence why I'm searching for another photographer or creative to share the studio/gallery with.

The Brewery consists of 300 units and roughly 500 full-time artists/creatives of varying fields. Here you can find anything from high-end commercial photo studios and movie set designers to welding shops and dance studios. There is a wealth of experience here and if you want to be immersed in the creative scene, there is no better place to live. On-site rock climbing gym and bar/restaurant. Daily and nightly on-site security personnel.
