Perfect for a solo stay, couple or small family, the apartment is a short walk from subways (L, R, 4, 5, 6) grocery stores, shopping and excellent restaurants.

The 1 ½ bedroom walk-up (2 flights) apartment is a railroad style, the front room gets lots of natural light & the bedroom is cozy and dark.
We have Wi-Fi, AppleTV with multiple streaming services, AC & other basic amenities.

It is our full-time residence and we ask that visitors respect the space accordingly. No shoes, extra guests or parties. Our building is a very quiet spot despite the busy location. Please send a brief message about yourself and travel plans.
