Have this place to yourself for a month. If you want to stay here with my cat I will lower the price to $3,000. She's sweet. If you need it for longer we can discuss additional time.

Ceiling fans and a window unit air conditioner. Tub is for shower only since the building has old plumbing.

Trains nearby are 6, L, and F. Buses run every five minutes to all others.
