The 8' wide x 9' tall full width glass storefront offers the 27' deep space direct visual connection to the outside. The popup space is part of a larger work space with 4 desks in the back. You’ll have full access to the bathroom and kitchen space. Flexible track lighting offers ways to light the space. Access 9am to 8pm. Capacity: 35ppl.
The space is a 10 min walk from the L’s 1st Ave Street Stop (+Trader Joe’s), 15 min walk to both Astor Place 6/R/W + the F’s 2nd Ave Stop, and x3 CityBike Stations around the corner. We’re close to 9th Street Espresso, a hardware store, grocery, numerous bodegas, and many excellent dining options.
About This Lister
We are architects and artists that lease the building and have our desks in the back of the space. We will show you the space directly. You can come by during office hours to take a look. We have a super that can offer support but you will work directly with us for anything you need.

We're open to 1-8 day rentals. $500 security deposit. $500/day. Access 9am to 8pm. Additional $100 if work is hung on walls and needs repainting. If interested we'll ask for a zoom call to understand set up. We'll meet you the morning of of your move in and give you a key for the day. We'll come to make sure you are locked up at night.
