This apartment is centrally located. You’re a 2 minute walk to the L on 1st avenue and 14th street. A 7 minute walk to union square. Right around the corner from Trader Joes, plenty of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

This room has a single bed that can be pulled out into a king sized bed and direct window access facing the interior of the building (very quiet). There is a shared full kitchen/living room area, and bathroom. Laundry service is in the building right next door. Electricity and AC included in monthly price.

Fantastic for traveling nurses, grad students and professionals here on short assignments. This apartment is best for someone who works outside of the apartment during the day during the week.

Looking for 1 roommate only. I use the second bedroom when I am in town, but it sits empty often.
